For retail orders, simply use our online shopping shop to place an order.
Browse our catalogue or use the search bar to look for specific items. Add desired items to your cart and proceed to the cart to check out when you have decided on the selection. Items and quantities can be edited and discount coupon codes added on the cart page. Select your preferred method of shipping and proceed to payment. You will receive a confirmation email on completion of the order.

Nationwide shipping within the borders of South Africa is available via The Courier Guy. Unfortunately we do not offer shipping outside South Africa; however, you are welcome to send your own courier for collection should you reside outside RSA.
Small goods which fit into flyer bags are shipped at a flat rate of R100 per parcel. Larger items are shipped at R165 per parcel. Orders over R850 qualify for free shipping, use code “FREES”. Please note: Certain remote areas may incur an additional shipping fee. Free shipping is NOT offered on any bulk orders.
We are an online shop only and not open to the public for viewings. Collection can be done with prior arrangement from our address in Killarney, Johannesburg, Gauteng 2193. Details will be provided on confirmed appointments.
In stock goods are shipped out the following working day after payment is cleared. Anything made to order will be specified on the products page and shipped out as soon as the products are ready. It usually takes 3-4 working days after shipment to arrive. Remote locations may incur an extra charge and take longer.
Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for any unexpected delays from the courier company, however we will always follow up on the progress of delivery and share any information available. Please do not hesitate to contact us should you experience any issues.

Specials on the retail website will be run occassionally. Please subscribe to our newsletter to receive the latest promotions.
We will also occasionally have discounted samples or slightly defective items. These will be clearly indicated on the item page and no returns of such goods will be accepted.
Specials on our retail site do not apply to bulk orders and vice versa.
Most of our toppers and some other items are available for bulk order at wholesale prices. Items are packed in 10s or 100s and there is the requirement of a minimum of R1000 per order. Please contact us for the bulk order catalogue and pricing.
Promotions on the retail website do not apply to bulk orders unless otherwise specified. Free shipping promotion does not apply to bulk orders. Payment by EFT only for all bulk orders. Goods will only be shipped out once payment clears.
If you are interested in any items which are out of stock or not indicated for bulk order, you are more than welcome to contact us with the quantities you need and we will try our best to accommodate. Please refer to the “Stock on order” section should bulk stock not be readily available.
Many of our stock are imported which generally takes 6-10 weeks to arrive in South Africa. Depending on the volume of goods, an upfront payment may be required on order, with the balance only due when the goods arrive. Any available shipping progress information will be provided on request.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. As a lot of the items are imported, exchange rate and shipping fluctuations will affect our pricing. We are aiming at giving the most affordable retail prices while leaving room for our wholesale customers on items which are available for bulk order, and would prefer to rather adjust our pricing when necessary than including a higher contingency to cover those costs.
Due to variation on devices used to view our products, such as mobile screens, tablets and desktop monitors, the colours shown on our product photos may vary slightly to the products you receive. We cannot be held responsible for such differences or accept this as a reason for return. Should you have any doubts, please do not hesitate to contact us.
